Relaxation: Another Path to God; Another Way to PraySummer Series Begins June 3 - Offered via Zoom
In this series, Jan Munro will share her knowledge of and skills with relaxation techniques. It’s a different way to pray. Participants will be invited to relate each of the four weeks’ topics to their spiritual life and development. Each session will involve input, an experience of relaxation, and time for interaction.
The four sessions will cover:
June 3: Relaxation leading to a sense of abundance (includes Native American Spirituality and Eastern Thought)
June 10: Relaxation as a way of dealing with physical or spiritual pain
June 17: Relaxation as a way of working through loss of people, things, or self
June 24: Relaxation as an aid to loving all parts of ourselves

Fee: $60 for the series
Participants must sign up for the entire series.

is a licensed professional counselor who has recently served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at Lindenwood University.
Programs are offered via Zoom with limited space. Advance registration is required.
