Relaxation: Another Path to God; Another Way to Pray
Summer Series Begins June 3 - Offered via Zoom


In this series, Jan Munro will share her knowledge of and skills with relaxation techniques. It’s a different way to pray. Participants will be invited to relate each of the four weeks’ topics to their spiritual life and development. Each session will involve input, an experience of relaxation, and time for interaction.

The four sessions will cover:

June 3Relaxation leading to a sense of abundance (includes Native American Spirituality and Eastern Thought)
June 10Relaxation as a way of dealing with physical or spiritual pain
June 17Relaxation as a way of working through loss of people, things, or self
June 24Relaxation as an aid to loving all parts of ourselves

Thursday, June 3, 10, 17, and 24
6:00 - 7:00 pm CDT

Fee:  $60 for the series
Participants must sign up for the entire series.
Presenter: Jan Munro is a licensed professional counselor who has recently served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at Lindenwood University.
