LOST

Lost/Overwhelmed

The pandemic has upset and interrupted nearly every facet of what we knew as normal life. Rules have changed. New protocols are put into place daily. We struggle to stay connected while have to isolate from one  another. Especially for those who are social and thrive on group gatherings, the pandemic can leave us feeling like we don't know where we belong. There seems to be conflicting information in every news story, which can make us feel confused and unsure about what course of action to take. This can be particularly intense if we are having to make decisions for our children, those with special needs or disabilities, and older loved ones.

Other words for this feeling: Bewildered, unbalanced, puzzled, disoriented, overburdened, overloaded
